Nyx Virtual Solution is a small creative team that offers professional design, development, and marketing services through a unique ticket-based system. Instead of traditional contracts, clients purchase monthly plans with task tickets to get their projects done efficiently.
How does the ticket system work?
Each task you submit requires a certain number of tickets based on priority:
- Low Priority: 1 ticket - Completed in 1-14 days
- Medium Priority: 2 tickets - Completed in 1-7 days
- High Priority: 3 tickets - Completed in 1-5 days
- Urgent Priority: 4 tickets - Completed in 1-3 days
What does "Active Tasks at a Time" mean?
"Active Tasks at a Time" refers to how many tasks can be worked on simultaneously in your account. Each plan has a different limit:
- LAUNCH Plan: 2 Active Tasks at a Time
- SCALE Plan: 3 Active Tasks at a Time
- DOMINATE Plan: 5 Active Tasks at a Time
What types of tasks can I create?
You can submit tasks for:
- Website: Custom websites with modern design and SEO
- Funnel: High-converting sales funnels
- Automation: Business automation and workflow optimization
- Graphics: Social media graphics, logos, banners, brand assets
- Email Marketing: Email campaigns that engage and convert
- Content Writing: Blog posts, website content, social media copy

Do unused tickets roll over?
What does "rollover" mean? Rollover means your unused tickets carry over to the next month instead of expiring, so you keep them to use later.
Unused tickets roll over, depending on your plan:
- LAUNCH Plan: No rollover - Tickets expire at month-end
- SCALE Plan: Tickets roll over for up to 60 days
- DOMINATE Plan: Tickets roll over for up to 90 days
Can I request revisions on completed tasks?
Yes! Revisions are included with your initial task submission, but the number of revisions varies by plan type:
Monthly Subscription Plans:
- LAUNCH Plan: 3 revisions per task
- SCALE Plan: 5 revisions per task
- DOMINATE Plan: 10 revisions per task
One-Time Plans:
- ESSENTIAL Plan: 1 revision per task
- STANDARD Plan: 2 revisions per task
- ADVANCED Plan: 2 revisions per task
Important:
- You can request revisions while your task is under "Review" status
- Once a task is marked as "Completed", you cannot request revisions anymore
- If you need changes after completion, you must create a new task ticket
- Major revisions or scope changes may require additional tickets
Make sure to review your work carefully during the Review stage!
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. However, there's no prorated charge - you'll be charged the full amount for the new plan, and your subscription dates will be updated to reflect the new billing cycle. Please make sure your existing plan has been completed before upgrading.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No! All plans are month-to-month with no contracts. You can cancel anytime without any fees or penalties. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds as our team works hard to complete each task. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction - we'll work with you to make revisions and adjustments until you're completely happy with the results.
How do I track my tasks?
Our app provides real-time task tracking:
- See task status (Pending, In Progress, Review, Revision Requested, Completed)
- Get notifications via email
- Communicate with our team via group chat in the app
- Download completed work files

What are Virtual Meetings?
Virtual Meetings are live video calls where you can discuss projects, provide feedback, and plan upcoming work directly with our team. All monthly subscription plans (LAUNCH, SCALE, and DOMINATE) include Virtual Meetings.
Meetings are scheduled at your convenience and help ensure your projects are aligned with your vision. You can use them for project kickoffs, progress reviews, feedback sessions, or strategic planning.
Do all plans include Free Hosting & CRM?
No, only monthly subscription plans include Free Hosting & CRM. All monthly subscription plans (LAUNCH, SCALE, and DOMINATE) include Free Hosting & CRM at no additional cost. One-time plans (ESSENTIAL, STANDARD, ADVANCED) do not include this benefit.
For monthly subscription plans, this means:
- Website Hosting: We provide free hosting for your website, so you don't need to pay for separate hosting services.
- CRM Software: Free CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools are included to help you manage your business contacts, leads, and customer relationships
Both hosting and CRM are automatically set up and ready to use when you subscribe to any monthly plan. This saves you hundreds of dollars in hosting and software costs!
What is a Dedicated Account Manager (DOMINATE Plan)?
The DOMINATE plan includes a dedicated account manager who serves as your primary point of contact and strategic partner. Your account manager helps you:
- Optimize your ticket usage and project planning
- Ensure fast queue placement for your tasks
- Provide performance insights and strategic guidance
- Serve as your main liaison with our team

Do you offer One-Time Projects or Plans?
Yes, we offer one-time project options for clients who need occasional work without a monthly subscription. These plans are best for one-time projects - monthly subscriptions offer better value if you have ongoing needs.
Available one-time plans include:
- ESSENTIAL ($149): 5 Task Tickets - For small one-time projects. Includes 1 active task, basic priority level, and 1 revision per task. 30-day access.
- STANDARD ($199): 10 Task Tickets - For one-time projects. Includes 1 active task, standard priority levels, and 2 revisions per task. 30-day access.
- ADVANCED ($249): 15 Task Tickets - For one-time projects. Includes 2 active tasks, all priority levels, and 2 revisions per task. 30-day access.
All one-time plans include 30-day access, real-time in-app support, kickoff and end-of-project review meetings, and Monday-Friday operations. For ongoing work, monthly subscription plans offer better value with more features like rollover, top-up, and additional revisions. What are your business hours and operations?
Our team operates during 10PM to 6AM Philippine Time (PHT), which corresponds to morning/daytime hours in the United States (approximately 9AM-5PM EST / 6AM-2PM PST). This schedule creates a perfect "follow the sun" workflow where we work during your business day and deliver updates ready for your review.
- All operations run Monday through Friday
- Task timelines are calculated in business days (excluding weekends)
- Support responses are provided within 24 hours, Monday-Friday
- Urgent priority tasks can be completed in 1-3 business days
- Your projects are actively worked on during US business hours

What are the Ticket Limits and Top-Up Rules?
You can purchase additional tickets (top-up) anytime you need more capacity. Note: Top-up is only available for users with an active monthly subscription plan. Here are the rules:
- Minimum purchase: 5 tickets per top-up
- Price per ticket: Varies by plan - LAUNCH Plan: $14.95, SCALE Plan: $12.48, DOMINATE Plan: $5.83
- Availability: Only available for active monthly subscription plans (LAUNCH, SCALE, or DOMINATE)
- Top-up limit: You can only top up to your plan's maximum ticket limit
- Immediate availability: Tickets are added to your account right away
- Top-up tickets expire: They follow the same expiration rules as your plan's tickets
Top-ups are perfect for handling unexpected projects or urgent tasks when you've used up your monthly allocation. Why is top-up more expensive? Your base plan is designed for your expected workload. When you top-up, you're requesting additional work beyond your base allocation, which requires extra capacity from our team.
